My Voice Experience

Several years ago, I was approached in a grocery store by someone who worked in the agency world after she overheard me in the checkout line. She asked me if I was in the voiceover business. I told her no but said that I've been asked that same question many..many..many times. We exchanged contact information and I forgot all about the exchange until I was contacted two months later by her colleague asking me to audition for the new voice of Tony the Tiger.

It was an amazing experience that that convinced me that maybe I should take this a bit more serious.

I'm a health care executive that has spent 11 years at NorthShore University HealthSystem in Chicago and most recently joined Sharecare. Sharecare was founded by Oprah Winfrey, Dr. Oz and Jeff Arnold (founder of WebMD) to bring answers of health that patients have to local physicians.
