Voice Description

I have a unique voice, or as far as I know. I sound a bit younger than I am, which might be good or bad depending on the situation. But to describe it is beyond my abilities.

I can sound crazy to varying degrees and have what I call a "Joker Laugh".

I have what I call my "Narrator voice", which sounds somewhat like a mix between Ted "Golden Voice" Williams and Might Guy from the anime, Naruto.

I am the official voice of Sonic The Hedgehog to represent the Sonic News Network, however, none of my official works there have been released, yet. My Sonic voice is unlike other Sonic voices, but is based off of a combination of both Ryan Drummond's and Jason Anthony Griffith's performances.

I have very little experience, only performing roles in unknown and/or unreleased games and "shows" on the internet.

My main role (that has been released) is that of Blake The Fox from the short-lived series "Freak Out!!" by ChronoStarZ.

I am a high-school graduate...I don't think I impressed you in this category, did I?

My Studio Equipment

I have a USB microphone and the audio recording/editing program, Audacity, with ample knowledge on how to use it.

Additional Skills

For as long as I can remember, voice acting is what I've wanted to do. I used to train myself to impersonate any cartoon character I heard. I never really got good at that, but it was a start. I began doing voice acting on the internet in about 2009, however, I never got any real roles until 2010. In fact, the first project I ever voiced for is still unreleased. I've auditioned for a handful of projects, since, but the only one that was even slightly successful was Freak Out!!, where I voiced Blake The Fox (however, I didn't audition for that role, and was instead offered it). Freak Out!! was cancelled after only three episodes, but the creator says he's going to start it again.

In the meantime, I figured I'd start at least trying to work in the big leagues, and Voice123 sounded like a great place to start.

P.S. I also want to remain anonymous, simply as a challenge to myself to see how far in the business I can go without giving out my real name. I have decided to take the "stage name" of Adam Grate, but would prefer (if at all possible) to be credited as "SalaComMander"
