My Voice Experience

I have held receptionist/customer service jobs which required me to use my voice. Whither it's on the phone or on the Public Announcement System, I have learned how much my voice, depending on how I make myself sound, can affect peoples emotions. I have had angry customers who, after listening to me, became quit calm; especially when working in retail. I would have co-workers hand me the phone and say,"Here, you take it. You sound better."

My Training

My only training involves Public Announcements in retail and phone greetings. I've had some musical training in high school. I sometimes even read the magazine ads to myself aloud to see how I would sound or could make it sound.

I'm very intelligent and worldly. I love history, art, and culture.I have traveled the world as a child(I'm a military brat). I would love to try video game characters; it's a hot market. I'm also an avid adventurer- trekking and rafting thru the Colombian mountains and rivers and am a scuba diver.
