Voice Description

My voice is best characterized as deep and clear, but not 'booming.' Although I was born & raised in Mississippi, I carry no Southern accent in normal speak (although I can call upon it at will.) This aspect of my voice has led me to believe that I am something of a 'vocal chameleon.' I can essentially blend in with my vocal surroundings. My favorite character voices to do are the 1)Nerd, 2)Gentle Man (he's a bit creepy) and 3)the Well-to-do Brit.

I have been employed full time in Financial Services as a licensed securities dealer since 2001. Aside from managing money, I also manage the CRM, Order Management & Portfolio Accounting databases for my company. Therefore, business or financial text should bode well as recognizable & natural material.
Additionally, I served for four years in the US Army, and worked and trained as an arborist (tree surgeon) after my honorable discharge. I believe my well-rounded-ness facilitates a natural 'relateability' to numerous walks of life.
