Impersonations or Characters:
A wide variety of CARTOON and ANIMATED voices. Can range from delusional cats, to evil queens, from aliens to snotty nosed kids. Or any other character you need, as long as there is ample direction and character story to go off of.
A character that I have been working on is:
6 year old child that knows waaaay too much about the adult world, named "Zoe the Kid". Her voice is very squeaky and high pitched, and a bit devilish. She's very sassy, and often escapes her babysitters. She has an absentee father, and mother's not around much either, but long enough to embed inappropriate knowledge into her brain. This particular Character is the most developed character/ voice that I have been performing on stage since Mid 2012. I write Zoe's punchlines, and when on stage, I improv the dialogue around the punchlines... The entire character is sort of an allegory to the conditioning that our modern day children are being brought up into. The media, the food, the priorities of a modern world are making it so children are TRYING to grow up faster, and yet they are still so innocent. You see the innocence and the wisdom in Zoe when she's on stage. Its this complex duality that makes people feel AWKWARD and yet COMFORTABLE at the same time... Zoe is a bit of a controversial character.
